P1’s Performance Solutions team developed the master facility solutions plan for the HVAC renovation of KASB’s headquarters facility.
P1’s Performance Solutions team developed the master facility solutions plan for the HVAC renovation of KASB’s headquarters facility. The entire building HVAC system was updated in a little over two months, including the replacement of 3 RTUs, 17 cooling only VAV boxes, existing hot water boiler, and the addition of 26 hot water reheat VAVs and all associated ductwork.
P1 Service also installed new energy-efficient LED lighting, added building access controls to multiple entrances, installed a new DDC (Direct Digital Control) building automation system, and even did a TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) roof overlay.
