P1 Service proposed a PM program for Merc to decrease energy consumption. Nearly $10,000 in energy savings was realized in just two years.
The Merc had been moving toward reducing their carbon footprint and becoming more environmentally aware and sustainable. They made conversions to LED and more energy efficient refrigeration equipment during their large remodel back in 2013. Implementing a comprehensive preventive maintenance program and being able to track their energy usage while reducing consumption were their top priorities. The savings tracker provides The Merc with information on Energy Star trend, energy consumption and savings. Using this data, they can implement new energy saving projects and track the results.
