Problem: Two 34-year-old chillers on the 11th floor were in need of replacing, but did not allow for a traditional fix due to close neighboring buildings preventing the use of a crane.
Solution: Jim Dahlin suggested the installation of a Multistack Modular chiller which could be brought in through the service elevators.
