P1 Service is pleased to announce that Tony Whited has been named President of the company P1 Service, LLC, and Phil Nehring has been named the Chief Operating Officer of Best in Class Technology Services (BCTS).

Phil began with ADJ-Hux in 1993, advancing from Service Technician to Executive Vice President for P1 Group, a role in which he led all of P1’s service operations. His decades of experience analyzing and optimizing client systems made him a valuable asset in his previous positions and will contribute to his success in his new role as COO for BCTS.

“I look forward to bringing many years of experience and expertise in operations growth and optimization to the BCTS network of companies,” Phil said.

Phil has worked across the multiple markets served by P1 Group including healthcare, commercial, and industrial, continuously improving service operations and training to increase P1’s value to our customers.

He has worked with - and served on the boards of - many trade organizations outside of P1, including the National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB); Building Trades Pipefitter; Commissioning Authority; Mechanical Contractors Association of Kansas City (MCAKC); International Facility Managers Association (IFMA); Friends University Engineering Advisory Board; American Society of Heating, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), and the Mechanical Service Contractors Association (MSCA).

“Currently, BCTS is a network of experienced facility maintenance and service companies, providing the best in facility service for a variety of markets across the U.S.,” Phil added. “I look forward to helping BCTS grow into one of the largest national and international network of expert facility maintenance and service providers.”

Congratulations to Tony and Phil! Best of luck in your new roles.
